Home Pre Purchase Surveys

The purchase of a property is probably the most significant investment that we make at any stage in our lives. While standard home mover surveys bring to light any potentially significant problems with the fabric of the building, they will not look in detail at each element of the buildings services and roof.

EUROMECH SERVICES provides home pre-purchase surveys in each of the areas listed below:

• Pre-Purchase Drain Survey
  This can take the form of a CCTV survey which will provide a full report on the state of the drains, or a more basic ‘look and see’ inspection.

• Pre-Purchase Electrical Survey
  We can offer either a Periodic Inspection, which will test the electrical installation (full NICEIC report and estimate for remedial works included) or a more basic visual inspection.

• Pre-Purchase Central Heating Survey
  A Gas Safe Register (previously Corgi) Engineer will review the entire central heating installation, including the boiler and pipe-work, and you will be provided with a report on the age and state of this installation, with advice on any remedial works recommended

• Pre-Purchase Plumbing Survey
  Review all visible supply and waste pipe-work and all associated water storage units to provide a report on the age and state of this installation, with advice on any remedial works recommended.
